2D contour ramp violates geometry with sharp corner

Could you share that file or a sample that reproduces the issue? I made an attempt at it with what I felt would be your settings, but the issue isn't present in this file.

Ah, looks like it's going south when Stock to Leave is enabled. Either that or setting Compensation Radius Allowance  to zero will also work

Do you just have "Keep Sharp Corner" as a default value? It doesn't really do anything for internal closed pockets, so curious what your use case is.
