2D Contour mill - Unintentional corner radius - Pocket NC

Hey guys,

I have issue with contour milling. When I cut some pockets via 2D contour feature it makes radiuses on some inside corners where they dont exist in a model. I use 1/16" endmill and I would say it leaves one some corner radiuses 1/4".

Confusing is that it shows me in simulation that it makes it sharp and also in gcode, but when its put in machine its different story.

On first picture is the model and pocket which I want to cut, on secod toolpath which i get in simulation and gcode and third is representation of what I got on machine.

What is your machine and post processor that you are using? How fast are you feeding the tool? Can you share this Fusion file?

Hey @seth.madore ,
shortly after posting this question I found out I had issue with G64, specifically with path blending. I added G61 and got rid off the problem.
