For some reason one of the 2D contours for a hole is leaving material on the wall and not finishing the hole to the defined diameter. All the other hole in the project are fine. What could be causing this? I have compared this tool path with the others and I can't see anything obvious that would be causing this problem.

I changed compensation to "wear", it ran as expected, then changed it back to "in computer" and problem went away, no idea why.

What caused it ? .... full moon or a bug, you should probably report it for review.

Indeed...

When I regenerated the toolpath, the issue went away, no need to switch to Wear and then back to Computer Compensation.

Couple of comments though on the toolpath; It's not really necessary to use both Multiple Depths AND Ramping. You can get this toolpath done with just the Ramping turned on, resulting in a shorter cycle time. Secondly, you could also just use the Bore toolpath
