Does anyone know how to prevent the adaptive toolpath from jumping around the model with its toolpath. I created a model that required me to cut an internal gear profile and it would work a lot better if it would start at one spot and cut all the way around instead of jumping from one section to another then another randomly. Is this a setting or simply how Fusion handles the toolpath.

Without being able to see the file and the setting you're currently using, my guess is to play with the step over a bit then look at how your defining the inside boundary.

I think have something with the helical ramp i used plunge it works very well i attached the file also.

Don't know why it takes very long time to compute the tool path but it works

Deselecting the stock color will force it to cut from the center to the outside with no silly moves, and never plunge unless it is in an existing hole plunging is a good way to get a fire or snap a cutter just never do it.
