HTML Reports - Header page and magnifying glass removal

I've made some reports that are being used daily for the management of documents in our projects.

I have spent some time playing with computed fields, so that I can condense all the information into the width of a landscape A4 sheet.

My question/suggestion are as follows:

1: Is it possible to remove the header page from the HTML print-view, to remove the need for adjusting ...

2: Can the magnifying glass column be removed from the print view of the HTML report, so that more useable space may be available?

3: When the report will print over many pages, can it be set so that the row height determines the # of rows per page? Currently I have some pages that have half a row on page (x), and the other half of the row on page (x+1).

4: Can the runtime filters be allowed for reports with advanced filters set up? This is quite limiting when trying to maintain a small # of reports.

Cheers,

Stuart
