Admins/PLM System owners sometimes need to extract workflow and approval history for purposes like auditing. Since the reporting engine only has "Workflow Action", the Transition Name, and transition names are not necessarily unique, 2 extra columns available in reporting would be good: From Workflow State and To Workflow State. This would allow one to differentiate between an "Approve" for Concept versus an "Approve" for Testing.
I believe From/To states are available via the API, but it would be a good addition the standard reporting engine.
