Feature Request – Parametric Design Generator from User Inputs

I am a student currently working on turbomachinery design (compressors and turbines), and I often use Fusion 360 for component modeling.

I would like to suggest a feature that could greatly improve productivity:

Feature Suggestion:

A module where users can input only the key design parameters (e.g., diameters, blade angles, heights, blade count), and Fusion 360 automatically generates a fully editable, parametric 3D CAD model.

This would allow users to skip the time-consuming sketching and modeling process for standard components like:

• Impellers

• Turbine blades

• Casings or housings, etc.

Benefits:

• Saves design time for students and professionals

• Makes CAD accessible to users with limited experience

• Perfect for educational use, rapid prototyping, and repeated part families

I hope this feature aligns with Fusion 360’s mission to accelerate design workflows with AI and automation.
