Request for enhancement: the ability to work concurrently with Fusion forms/tasks and their attached files (Excel, Word, etc.).
Currently, editing the Fusion form/task and its attachments simultaneously results in the overwriting of all “old” comments (values).
The last saved update overwrites all previously added changes/comments.
The challenge summary:
Example 1 - User A is editing a record. User B edits the same record and saves the changes; User A then saves their changes (does not receive any timeout/need to refresh/etc warning). This overwrites and/or reverts any changes User B made without User A being aware the version they were editing in not longer the current version. (All changes are in the change log).
Example 2 - User A is viewing (not editing) a record. User B edits the same record and saves the changes; User A then edits the record and saves their changes without refreshing their screen (does not receive any timeout/need to refresh/etc warning). This overwrites and/or reverts any changes User B made without User A being made aware the version they edited was no longer the current version.
