Enable .remove() and .clear() functions for Milestones

As Milestones can now be manually removed, this should also be possible via scripting, as per other tabs.

The following functions are possible on Relationships, Managed Items tabs amongst others:

.remove() - for deleting a specific entry

.clear() - for clearing the list/array
