Column Addition for views - Managed Item Revision

This is a small idea, but would be helpful for users to filter down and search the revision letters in the managed items tab for a task. Something like this: 

We have some 'workarounds', if you could call it that. But it would make generating reports a lot easier if this were there.

I've posted this multiple times and there seems to be no traction on this. the work arounds are painful. this system should be able to handle this.
