Audit history for Workflow is not getting reported correctly in Setup log

HI,

I would love to see a version control mechanism for  workflow in future releases.

Also when ever there is change made to the Workflow transitions or new TASK is added , that change does not get recorded in the set up log.

It records the incident as Workflow editor - NO CHANGES MADE, which is not correct. 

So I would love to see the audit history of any changes made to the workflow in the setup log.

I appreciate you have taken the time to write and share with us regarding the Setup Log not prperly display worflow update.
