APV - ability to negate a Row based on field content (empty or not empty)

The story behind:

We have made a WS for a specific service my company provides. We have setup an APV which serves a service report we can print > PDF and send to clients.

The problem:

Not all WS fields are always filled out and in these cases the APV report has X number of empty lines which doesn't look so good.

Desired solution:

It would be good if it was possible to code in the APV that if a field (generally or specifically) was emtpy then its Row could be negated from the APV.

Perhaps we could have an option on a field "Include in APV if empty" = Yes/No.

But you can do it like using this approach.
