Unexpected Error from server

I am receiving error messages from several workspaces in both my live tenant and the sandbox. 

The errors state: "Unexpected error from server...(several scenarios)

i.e.

-error from server while saving.: null, but when i acknowledge the error, the record is there. 

-i get an error when trying to open a record, but if i change tabs then return to the item details tab the information appears. 

There are no errors appearing in the scripts. 

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Hi Jennifer,

It's hard to tell what's going on especially when there are no errors recorded on the scripts.  

I looked at the server logs to see if there was anything that stood out.  I saw one error where a file wasn't found, and others where the URL didn't have the correct workspace id.

When you get the error, you can open the browser's developer tools by clicking F12.  There is a lot of information that comes up, but if you focus on the red elements on the Network tab, it might show additional information.  Here is an example of an error displayed in the developer tools on the network tab... If I click on the red element, it might give me more that could identify the problem.

The best thing to do is to get either your Service Partner to help diagnose this further or to call Tech Support.
