Search functionality in PLM360

The Workspace Search Tool allows you to quickly search for text through all the text fields on the Item Detail tab for specific text  This is great, but how can I refine the search scope to only one attribute in the item detail? (or one column?). Current Workspace Search Tool returns way too many records because our product name uses alphabetical abbreviation.

One of my favorite ways to do this is to create a custom view which allows you to make a little more complex search on a workspace.

Frank - you can find more info on working with views on the Wiki in the Item Views section.  Very powerful and easy to set up.
