Life Cycle Change Order Bug

Hi,

I'm having an issue when I generate a change order to release the lifecycle and the revision is not being updated in Fusion.

The image below shows the Lifecycle is unreleased and revision is blank.

When you click on the change order - its says released

Can someone please assist as I can't release any documents with a revision status.

Hi @mike ,

Thanks for reporting this. This is a known limitation, and we are working on improvements to the user interface to have this information available at a glance, in an easier way.

For now, when you right-click a component in the model tree, you can click the "Properties" option and check the revision number there.

Thanks,

Giliar

Thank you for your reply.

Unfortunately this doesn't answer my issue. I have released the part through a change order but it is not visible in fusion 360. No letter has been assigned. It should be revision B

You can see there is no revision allocated to the part

Hi Mike, the revision B should have shown up in properties. Please can you reach out to customer support to report this so we can take a look.

Thanks,

Pauline
