Is it possible to remove or reduce 3"x3" avatar?

Hi,

Today, for unknown reason and out of the blue,  a supersize avatar (about 3" x 3") pops up on top right corner of Fusion Life Cycle which takes up a big chunk of my monitors real estate.  I try to upload a tiny .25" x .25" photo to my profile but to no avail and I don't see any option to turn it off.  Any idea how to completely remove it or at the very least reduce it to a very small icon would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

You will need to clear your browser cache. Once cleared, the profile picture will display correctly.

Thank you for the tips.

Something must have been done on AutoDesk end as I did try everything I can think off, including reset the browser to factory, using different browser etc, when this was first appeared to no avail.  Anyway, I am so glad that this agonizing pain has been resolved. 😁

Yes, I think that it is a recent problem (few days ago). I have already created an Autodesk support ticket (Case 20280631) to have a fix on their side because asking our PLM users to clear their browser cache is not a solution.

The profile picture issue was fixed at Autodesk end. Since this image is cached on the browser, it requires user to either log off and login again, or clear the browser cache as a one time effort for the picture to load correctly.
