Hi,

I am just wondering if the data that is backed up is encrypted on the backup media?

Also, if a copy of the backed up data is required by us, how can we achieve this?

There's a detailed Security whitepaper on the Trust Center on our main webpage - page 12 outlines Encryption of Data both in transit and at rest.

Please visit the Autodesk Trust Center for more details on Operations and Security.  This also covers Data Portability (Customers own the data that they place in the A360 Managed Services. At any time during the use of these services, you can export your data. If you decide to stop using the services, you have 30 days to export your data. Refer to the Autodesk Terms of Service for details.)
