I would like to know if it is normal to have the following behaviour in the “Bill of Material” tab: sometimes, we have noticed that the level (number on the left on the picture attached) is duplicated and it is also possible to change it manually to assign a number already existing in the same Bill of Material.
Do you know if it is normal? Why it is like it (what is the reason)?
When users are coming to me to explain this thing, I cannot because for me this number is the reference of the item in the BOM. It must be unique, but I am not an expert for this subject, so I am wondering why it is like it, why it is possible to change it to assign a number already existing in the BOM.
