Duplicate Linked Items

I have a workspace for entering orders. The linked items tab is being used as a list of line items and quantity. This seemed best to be able to handle both new items and existing ones.

My issue now is that when a customer wants a high qty on one order but wants them shipped at different times. My thought was to add a ship date to the grid, but the system won't allow me to have the same item twice.  For example:
item number 1234 Qty: 12 Ship 1/31/26
item number 1234 Qty:8   Ship 3/30/26
item number 9876 Qty 10 Ship 3/30/26
Any suggestions?

Have you tried using the Uniqueness field validators? Refer help: Fusion Manage Help | Field Validators .
Another option might be using the "Grid tab" instead?
