How can I block users from adding new linked items based on the state of the parent item? The workflow looks at the linked items to decide what state to go to next. If they add one mid-stream it breaks my process. I have transitions available to return to a state where it is safe to add more items but it is not enforced. I have not started any revisioning workspaces. I wanted to get the basics in place and start revisioning later. I cant really use the lock workspace either because other tasks need to be done as it moves through. Users shouldn't add more linked items, but they should enter the order number, or QA check data for example.
