Workspace Behaviours - Grid Scripting triggers

Workspace Behaviours - Grid Scripting triggers

A powerful feature would be to addfunctionality that allows scripts to be invoked when a new row is added to the Grid tab, or when a row is modified in the Grid tab.

This would make the grid tab very useful in pre pre populating other grid row columns as well as meta data in the other tabs

Agree,

I have been waiting to see if/when this would be added.

There are quite a few manual editing steps as well as on-demand scripting utilizing status flags we use in our tenant to facilitate actions after adding/editing the grid. Having those triggers would enhance our user experience greatly not to mention preventing missing actions when the user forgets to trigger the on-demand script after updating a grid status.

Look forward to this being a hot Idea so please vote for this one.

I came here to suggest the same Idea. I have fields in the workspace that I am updating from the grid tab through scripts, currently I am training users to Edit->Save to have the totals from the grid show in the workspace. So having the option to write scripts to fire when the grid tab items are Added or Edited would be a time saver for our users.
