Ownership on Reports

It would be extremely helpful to be able to transfer ownership of a report to a specific user and add users as additional owner so that a user (selected by the report creator) who didn't create the report may be able to edit it.

This would be helpful for partners to hand off to clients and transfer ownership, when an individual leaves a company- ownership of reports they created could be transferred, or a large company with multiple admins- the admins might all need access to view how reports are configured.

I'm happy to tell you that we are currently working on this feature for our next release in August.

Administrators will have the capability to change ownership of shared reports.

How do you transfer the ownership of reports? I didn't see a way to do it, but I probably don't know where to look.

This can be done by an admin on the reporting screen:

(I'd just gotten a screen shot of this for an AU class!!)

Right next to the current owner (for Shared and Public reports) there's the option to change to another owner.
