Modern UI: CPDM Owner of a file should be updated based on the version
Currently in CPDM in FLC, if you have a file uploaded, the Owner is the name of whoever uploaded it. The problem is that when someone 'Uploads a New Version' the system does not update the Owner based on who is posting it. The problem with this, is that we had a contractor helping us migrate documents, now all documents are tagged with her name. As we are moving through revisions, the Owner is still the name of someone who is not applicable, and it cannot be updated. Thus, either the capability to Change the Owner in CPDM is made available OR the Owner is the person who uploads the new revision. A 'Last Updated By' field does not serve the purpose, because this is not the same as Owning a file and being responsible for it.
