A relatively frequent request from users in our business is the ability to include additional information against each item instead of ACTXXX, NCRXXX, MTGXXX etc. and their state. Hovering over the item and previewing it is an option but is usually just a quick to open the item itself.
Having this enhanced view on Outstanding work would help users easily prioritise and select the items they want to work on. Perhaps just one additional field which could be selected from each workspace by admin for additional information against the item on Outstanding work?
