Conditionally required dependency validation: allow multiple conditions

It would be very useful if, for a conditionally required dependency validation, the user could select multiple conditioning values.

An example of where this would be useful is in our meeting management workspace. If the the "Minute Type" field contains "Issue" or "Action" then the user must select an Owner. Presently we can only select one conditioning value.

We can obviously do this via a validation script but I prefer to make use of the validation options built into the fields as it give instant user feedback if something has not been populated.
