Relationship Browser Lockup

I have files in my customer complaints folders and one particular file has several relationships. This folder has spawned a CAPA and has several relationships that are also related.

Here's the issue, when I open my file and use the Relationship Browser to see the related items, it shows up just fine with all the related items. Sounds good so far, but when I click on the (+) plus sign to open or expand the relationships related to the CAPA, they first appear to open and baloon out just fine. The issue is when the items finally completely open, they all of a sudden, all the ballons related to the CAPA collapse into a bubble type icon and then all of the relationships are then locked up and can no longer be utulized or opened.

It appeares that there is a system overload or too many related items. I'm not sure how else to explain it other than showing someone exactly what it does when I open it.

Since I posted this relationship issue I have had no response as to what may be causing this or how to fix it.

I utilize this information for our surveillance audits for ISO 9001-2008 registration and I am unable to show the auditor how great the system is working and how we can track relationships.

I still have to go into the individual documents and view the relationships but cannot utilize the browser function if there is multiple relationships.

This problem also is within my Document Control System as well and is not only affected by the CAPA module so it must be a program issue related to all modules.

Is there anyone who can help?

Thank you!

So it's been over 1-year and this issue is still happening.

No responses from anyone on this?

This is a great tool when working to show auditors and to perform a quick review of the relationships.

Really need someone to look into this thanks.
