Looks like you have another thread going, but wanted to follow up. Are you still seeing this issue even after clearing the browser cache and cookies?

Can you please try the following and let me know what you see? Please go to the 'Main Menu' --> 'Administration' --> 'Data Admin' and then select the tab for 'Members and Roles'. In the Role column next to your name, are you listed as a 'Team Administrator'?
