Transfer projects from Single user to Fusion Team Hub

I am attempting to transfer files from a single user to a Fusion Team Hub, following the instruction on the page referenced below. When I click on  Fusion Team Hub Onboarding site in step 1, it continues to spin its wheel trying to load but it fails to populate the drop down on the left "Projects to move". Am I missing a step here? Thanks in advance for your help on this.

Thanks for posting, 

Have you tried to transfer a single project, using the "Transfer" button that appears in the drop-down in myhub.autodesk360.com when hovering over a project? The user must be at least a  Team Member of the destination hub for this option to appear.
