Team Hub Issue with components

Hello,

I recently did the forced transfer to a team hub.  It seemed to migrate all my models over without obvious issues, however I have discovered a very irritating issue.

First for setup/reference, I am working within a model that is two folders deep from the Home folder so

Home Folder of Team Hub>The Sandbox>XXXXXXXXvan>Various Project sub-Folders

For this discussion I am working between the main project master model that is in "Interior Components" and a new model I created in "Other Parts and Hardware". as well as in other folders.  Here is a photo of the file tab so you can see how the folders are related.

So I created a model for a component that will be part of the master model.  I did this in "Other Parts and Hardware"(Folder 2).  Then I went over to my master assembly Model which is stored in "Interior Components" (Folder 1). I inserted the new model I made into the master assembly Model and got the "inserting models from another hub is not allowed a new copy will be made".  Here is a photo of that warning;

Warning text.png

In this case this was a New component I had created in the time after the migration happened.

Where things get weird is earlier I had done the same thing with a Model stored in the "Weldments" Folder.  That part had been tweaked after the migration but was present prior to the migration and I received no warning.

However when I inserted a model from the "Chassis Models" folder that was also prior before migration but tweaked after I DID get the warning.

The models that Generate the Warning come in and they are Unlinked, whereas without the warning they link as normal.

Obviously this is a Real Issue with Component management and adjustments.  Why are these coming up as part of another Hub when clearly they are all part of the same Hub and project.

Can anyone help me figure out what is going on, this is really messing with things.

Jason

hi @jasonhomrighaus , is this issue occuring only with this particular design/folder structure? or is it happening for any of your design/folder structure?
