[FR] Update Learning Panel

I have noticed a great many topics and sections that have been expanded in the last 5 years are completely missing from Learning. To be fair it is a reference to how often its looked at. So much is available online and the software is changed all too often.

Another major software developer just had to grapple with a similar issue. And in their case, it became a question of update the help file and make sure they were installing correctly, or replace the whole mess with pointers to online assets that were updated far more often. -Of course, may there be mercy to those who find broken links...

In my case I was looking to see if there were educational material posted on various new features and and assembly.

Seeing other FR requests, some that were actually very good and useful additions, deliberately ignored, and archived, "Since the community chose not to respond, did not have much interest", I am assuming the same will happen here and with a great deal many more.

Then I will offer the final suggestion:
Just remove the outdated and poorly maintained Learning Panel from Fusion360 completely. It's extremely annoying when a developer ads a feature like this then ignores it for 10 years. It's a waste of space, waste of download, and serves no real purpose since its data is outdated. People like me try to use it and find our time wasted. We ask for it to be updated and are summarily ignored as a matter of business.

At the very least the search function does link directly to the Fusion Help Online, and it comes up nice and quick.
The only catch is that you cannot use that function offline.
