Trouble creating PCB design that can be sent to Eagle

Hello,

I'm trying to create a board outline in Fusion 360 and move that design to Eagle, but I can't figure out how. I've followed this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1bhKtHn93g0

but at time 6:26 in the video, you can see that there is a "Finish PCB" option. I do not have that in my Fusion 360:

I tried "Link to 2D PCB" and "Push to 2D PCB" and neither gave me a working PCB file that would open in Eagle. I get to a confusing screen that gives me this:

There's so much happening here that I don't even know what to do.

When I go to Eagle and try to import a Fusion 360 pcb file, the options are all greyed out. It just shows this:

Hi @mhold049

great to have you here in the Fusion Electronics Forum and thank you for your request.

There have been some changes in Fusion recently concerning the PCB workflow. If you create a sketch in Fusion and finished it, go to the Create menu and select Create 3D PCB. Now select your sketch and you will see it changed into a Printed Circuits Board.

Now you cold link it to a 2d PCB and pull it into EAGLE.

I hope this helps.
