Thermal connection for polygons and vias and visibility in 3D of internal layers

Dear community,

how can I configure the thermal connection of vias to the polygon in Fusion 360? In my case, PTH pads are connected with thermal connections, but vias - with direct connection.  I have not found how I can set it in the parameters, except the checkbox "Thermals" in Inspector, but it was affected only on PTH pads. Is it possible to distinguish some vias (for example, small stitching vias should be with direct connection, whereas some special - with thermal? Please see the attached image.

Another question about visibility of internal layers (4 layer board). When I have pushed the board to 3D, I can see only layers 1 and 16. Internal signal layers are not represented. Is it as it should be, or the bug?

Hello @oleksandr_velihorskyi,

I hope you're doing well. The 3D PCB can only render layers 1 and 16 for performance reasons. So this is how it should be.

By default all vias will be solidly connected to polygons. You can adjust a setting in the DRC that will have all vias getting thermal connections. There is no easy way to have some get thermal connections and others not.

I would recommend that anything that should have thermal connection might be best served by being made into a component.

Let me know if you're doing well.
