Sync between new schematics and Old fusion board

When the new schematic is synced with the old layout, the traces get deleted  for any existing nets in the design. For example the 5 V, GND nets which are re used in the new schematic, after syncing with old layout, all the traces connected get automatically removed. How do we avoid this issue

Hi @haribabu_paramasivam,

I hope this message finds you well. Don't worry, if the polygons are unfilled and you add new connections to a net consumed by a polygon those airwires can come back. None of your routing has been removed unless you actually delete a net. Make sure to refill the polys and you should see a lot of the GND and +5V airwires go away.

If you still believe that there are nets missing go ahead and run the ERC in the schematic, it will confirm if you have any inconsistencies.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.
