Service utility problems reports ...

WHAT'S AGAIN THE PROBLEM ?????? 😡😡😡😡😡😡

 

Is this possible to have a software who works one day ?

Hi @RitchieParis,

 

I hope you're having a good day. I've passed this along to the team.

 

For now it might be worth just re-installing Fusion 360. What it's complaining about here is that some sites aren't accesible and Fusion needs them to properly entitle it. Autodesk360.com is home to Fusion Team so that one's important. Accounts.autodesk.com is where the entitlement is served so that's important.

@RitchieParis Can you please also confirm what directed you to run the network diagnostics? Were you not able to launch Fusion or was it something else that forced you to run this?

Hi @RitchieParis ,

 

Sorry for my late response in forum here. 🙂

 

As we communicated in email, the service utility error has been feedback to other corresponded team that they will handle this in the future. You could ignore those errors as you have no problem to sign in Fusion and use it now. So sorry for any confusion.

 

For the library related crash issue, unfortunately we are not able to reproduce it by ourselves and you, but our development team did trying hard to investigate whether there is anything we could improve for this area.

We will keep you be posted if we have any progress about this. Hope all the best.

Hi @jesper8W75R ,

 

Thank you for asking.

I'd suggest please ignore them currently if you have no problem to sign in Fusion 360 and open/save files.

We will keep you be posted once this get some improvements.

My Fusion works relatively okay, sign in is fine.
But is is very slow when working with libraries (even though I unlinked everything from Library.io).
Well, ANY open/save functionality is at snails pace.
THAT's why I also had a peek at this.

So you're saying that the diagnostics program is faulty and we should ignore it's warnings/errors?

Fusion is very long when you close them with color wheel during around 10s.

Helen is on the case but you can take a look about the number error "322765904" always the same problem library, library and library !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi all after ping and tracer request in the terminal I confirm you that all the domains in the list of the service utility are ok, it is therefore a problem with the App.

On the other hand, I have the strange impression that the more there are updates and new features, Fusion is not really fluid and very slow! and especially when you move a component, can anyone confirm?

It's my impression it WAS faster before.
Or maybe my boards are just getting bigger.
Routing a 160x120 board is REALLY testing my pain threshold.
Takes 2-3 seconds for the end of a trace to "click".
Even schematics works is insanely slow.
Same delays.

Yes faster before updates I confirm you, and more long to start up around 38s before I can open a project !!! with the futur updates I will start it morning for use evening !! 😩 WHY ALL IS SO LONG with FUSION ???? all the CAD I tested are VERY FAST, now when I move a component there is Systematically a 1s latency before I can take the hand with my mouse !!!!!!!!! !!!!

Not for me, I never use the 3D I don't understand how it works !! and I don't need it, Me I just need quick, stability and evolution and simplicity of libraires.

I can confirm.
A board or schematic, without any 3D file, with live DRC off, ignore violators off....
2 second delay from I drag the last line until I get the "bong" sound.
In board and schematics.
Unbearable.

When are you going to fix the library issues??? I'm going to start asking for legal aid, it's no longer possible.
