Schematic/PCB sync deactived, but Consistency Errors (0)

Hello,

I noticed this morning that my Schematic and PCB are out of sync, but when I run the ERC command it shows Consistency errors (0). I scrolled back through the versions and the last save with proper sync is roughly 8 hours of work away. 

Any advice on how to get the consistency errors to show up and be useful? I'd prefer not to spend all day getting my previos save caught up.
