Hi @david_harperLXNTB ,

Did you restart Fusion and try again after turn off GPU rendering?

Is this newly issue in latest Fusion 2.0.15775 or already exists for a while in the past?

Best regards,

Helen

@HelenChen-ElectronicsQA

you are correct.  turning off the gpu rendering was the solution.  but what was missing is some indication I had to restart the program for it to take effect.

Thank you very much for your update.

So sorry for any inconvenience.

Could you please share with us your OS info and Graphic Card Driver info?

Also could you please upgrade your graphic card driver to  latest one and enable GPU rendering to have a try?

Thank you very much for your patient.

Dear @david_harperLXNTB,

Good news that today we released new Fusion version 2.0.15995 which has fixes about below issues you reported about GPU rendering, including:

  • Black Canvas in some Windows OS with integrated AMD graphic card
  • Canvas refresh issue in Windows OS with Intel Iris Xe
  • Customer Font not showing well
  • Slow performance in some Mac Intel OS which ONLY has integrated graphic card
  • Overlapping polygon and rotated device issue

Could you please update Fusion to new version and go to preferences dialog and check the checkbox to enable the GPU rendering and relaunch Fusion to take effective?

Hope you have a great day.

Best regards,
