Rotate entire board for geometrically symetric boards with locked components

Are there any tools for rotating an entire board? I find manually rotating the board for symetrical designs a bit combersome. What about locked compontents? I found out the hard way that you can't lock components and then rotate all. I usually like to lock mounting holes and mating connectors etc. Being able to rotate the entire assembly would be a powerful tool. Even better if it dealt with the rounding errors from rotation.

Hi @warren_hawkins57R37,

I hope this message finds you well. Do not use locks, these keeps whatever is locked from moving, period. Here's what I consider the simplest way to do it.

1) Make sure all of your layers on and form a selection that selects the entire board.

2) Activate the ROTATE command
3) Set whatever rotation amount you want.
4) Hover over 0 0
5) Hold Ctrl+ Right Click to rotate the entire board by that amount

Let me know if you continue to run into problems.

Oddly Rotate doesn't work. I have to do a move with rotate. Anyway I already did this but I'd like a proper/quick/easy way of doing it and the ability to lock the components I don't want to move.
