Restore earlier version of design

for some reason when I opened a design on which I have been working the latest version, V21,

does not include all the work that I had done it which  is visible in V20. Can I delete V21?

I opened V20 but its locked, I cannot save it or otherwise edit it? How do I make this the active or latest

design file?

Open V20, and you should be able to choose "Save as Latest" from the file menu:

thanks for your reply, yes that helped. When I open the earlier version and 'Save as Latest' a new version number is issued for the design file.
Then Fusion suggests that I get the latest schematic and PCB files......which is contrary to what I want, I want to populate the design file with the earlier schematic
and PCB files. However while these files are in view they are locked and so no direct method to save these files to the newly created design file.
In the event I open each of the desired (earlier) files and 'Saved' or 'Saved as Latest' when available. This has worked but has now cluttered my
workspace with files which despite having a later version number are in fact superseded.

Is there some trick I'm missing that would allow me to adopt an earlier version, complete with its schematic and PCB files as latest?

Hi @zigzag2015 ,

I hope you're doing well. When you the save as latest, Fusion is going to ask because now the new version number is the latest so if you get those then you are in fact getting that earlier version of the schematic.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.
