Repeated crashing when working with 3D PCBs

Hi everyone,
I'm currently working on a PCB and I wanted to generate a 3D model of it to verify the matching between the board and the housing we've designed for it.
I've generated many 3D models from PCBs in the past times, both from this and other projects, without many problems Unfortunetely, since yesterday, Fusion has started crashing repeatedly.
The first problem happened when I made some changes on the PCB (I was just moving stuff around), I regenerated the 3D model and updated the instance of the model in the project where I was testing it along with its housing.
Once I pressed the button to update the 3D model, Fusion has crashed. At first it wasn't much of a surprise since I've to say that Fusion is pretty prone to crashes.
But, once restarted the program, the recovery file for the 3D PCB was not functional anymore. I couldn't open or regenerate the 3D file, because Fusion instantly crashed every time.
So, I had to break the link between the 3D PCB and the PCB in order to regenerate a brand new file and a brand new project where to test it with its case. By doing so, I was not even able to remove the old non functional 3D model, since Fusion says it is still referenced from some older version of other files. This still seems not the good way to manage the versioning on Fusion, as I think I've already pointed out before, because it is very likely to generate a lot versions and a lot of trash files.
Finally I managed to regenerate the 3D file and head back home. Today, once again, the problem started when updating the 3D file in the project with the case. This time Fusion warned me that the update was not possibile since the file, which I just regenerated this morning after a few more changes, was corrupted. How could it be corrupted if it was open at the same time in another Fusion tab?
So, once again, I went back to the PCB tab to regenerate the file and once again the endless crashes chain started.
Currently, I cannot work with the 3D PCB file nor I cannot regenerate it, Fusion keeps telling me it is corrupted, I should probably recreate a new one just to see it crash once again tomorrow.
What is going on here? Why Fusion started crashing out of a sudden? Should I check something on the PCB, on the 3D models in the libraries or somewhere else?
Thank you for your help.
As a final note, I've to stress the fact that working with fusion is not much straightforward and can be very frustrating. The software is slow and very prone to crashes. Since yesterday I lost many hours of work because of this problem, just by trying to figure out what's happening (fusion does not spend many words when reporting problems) or hopelessly wating for the program to come back from the endless crashing loop. I've never experienced any of these problems with Eagle and I'm really starting to miss it, at least it could make the work done in a reasonable time.
We just renewed our yearly subscription, but I'll think twice before renewing it once again if things continues going as they are.
Best,
Lorenzo
