pcb file not open in eagle , export from fusion in Eagle 9.x format

Hello Team,

I am using fusion 360 electronics for pcb design

I export the pcb files in Eagle 9.x Format done,

 but when I try to open it in eagle the error message pop up

Error:

line 6189, column 12: redefinition of name 'urn:adsk.eagle:package:12365780/7' in tag <package3d>

Hi @anuradha.bodke,

I hope you're doing well. You are going to have to open the file in a text editor. The complaint is that the name definition shows up twice. The line is the second time the name has shown up. You have to find the first instance and correct whichever of the two is wrong.

I have tried the method you mentioned,

open file in text editor, removed extra line.

and save file,

again, when I open the saved file the error received with new line and column error.

why this was happened Please explain.

and give proper solution to open file in eagle.

Hello @anuradha.bodke,

The root cause of the corruption I do not know. I just know what to do when it comes up. Now it's possible there are multiple corruptions in the file. If the new line and column number is greater than the previous error (6189) that means you likely solved the first issue and now run into the next corruption. The process to solve them is the same you keep doing it until you get no more errors.

Hello Sir,

I opened pcb file and sch in the notepad, then delete all lines which are double in the file

save this text file , then open in the eagle,

Sch and Pcb both are open properly,

But all the time whenever I export updated files and try these file to open in eagle  

I have to delete line 

Please share another solution if possible

Hi @anuradha.bodke,

I hope you're doing well. When you do an export do you make sure to use the 9.x or 7.7 exports? The default Fusion 360 Export will not go into EAGLE without modification because Fusion 360 has more features in the XML format.
