When running a check of my Gerber outputs at the board house, using their DFM, design for manufacture tool, the analyzer complains that Pad-to-Hole alignment is not good enough. Exact message, "Any deviation between the hole and the pad location may indicate inaccuracy in the input files or a CAD error. The plated hole registration maximum requirement is 0.500 mils. This location measures 0.806 mils."
0.8 mils is a long way from 0.5 mils. There are many other violations, but they are smaller. It happens on every via.
This is a new error for me. Never happened with Eagle pre-Fusion. I don't know if it is Fusion, or the board house that has changed their standard. I'm contacting the board house in a parallel effort to find an answer. If I get answers from the board house, I will post them here.
