Opening an Altium project in Fusion 360 Electronics

I have received an Altium Project file and I would like to know if it possible to open it in Fusion 360 Electronics for some modification.

I have tried to open it but can't see any files.

Hi @Anonymous , Altium files are not supported in Fusion electronics.
