open library fails when there are capitalized tags in the .lbr

I have downloaded a few libraries from SnapEDA and UltraLibrarian that for whatever reason, have "Technology" capitalized.  If I simply open the lbr in a text editor and change it to "technology" then it imports just fine.

Obviously, this is technically an error in the library generation from SnapEDA or UltraLibrarian, however, it seems that Autodesk could easily work around this issue.  I'm not sure if there are any XML requirements or specifications for how to handle capitalization (Is lower case just convention or is it a "requirement") but it seems you could just treat everything in the tags as lowercase and eliminate this error

Hi @robert1356,

That's really strange. I use both tools frequently and I haven't run into that. I'm going off a hunch here but, do you have regionalized settings on your Windows computer(non-US or non-English) or using a language other than English on Fusion?

I think different languages handle capitalization differently and maybe that's what's causing the problem?

Let me know, we'll keep investigating.
