Older EAGLE projects have their files copy locked and marked with 'X' after installing Fusion 360

I want to convert a project originally made in EAGLE to Fusion 360, as explained in a video made available on YouTube (Import EAGLE files into Fusion 360).
When I try to copy an old EAGLE project to another folder (Electronic Design), to make the conversion from EAGLE to Fusion 360 without risk of damaging the original project, copying is not allowed.
In the original folder all files have their names marked with an 'X', even Paint, Notepad or Word files, which have nothing to do with EAGLE or Fusion 360, are locked.
This happened after I installed Fusion 360 and tried to open the old projects with the EAGLE that created them. EAGLE does not open and crashes Windows 10!
Why does this happen?!

Why are files marked with 'X'?
How can I make this copy?

Thank you!

Hi @albgont ,

I hope you're doing well. This doesnt seem related to Fusion at all. Where do you have these files stored? Is this on Dropbox, Onedrive or something similar? Any type of Special IT infrastructure?

Let me know.

Best Regards,

Jorge Garcia

The project is stored on the local HD.
It looks like AUTODESK doesn't want us to use the old EAGLE anymore and has locked all folders with EAGLE projects.
Thanks for your interest in helping me!

Hi @albgont ,

As someone who runs both Fusion 360 and EAGLE on a regular basis I'm pretty confident Autodesk isn't trying to lockout users from their EAGLE projects.

My best guess is that there is some software on your machine that has caused this. Is the machine subject to any IT restriction maybe a work network or a school network that is configured in a certain way. Is there any software on your computer that you can think of that would do some sort of security action.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.
