What does this mean?

My 3D PCB has completely disappeared and now I can't generate a new one because of this error.

All I did was move two resistors on the PCB and try to regenerate.. I've not touched the outline.

The last time something like this happened I ended up completely losing my PCB design, so I'm hesitant to start trying to roll backwards or forwards anything.

I rolled back two versions (latest version with an actual PCB), then tried to push changes from 2D->3D, and I get these errors:

I remember seeing these errors before, when I lost the PCB Before.

What on earth is going on here??

Has the latest update broken something?

Now I'm getting more issues, a file that is 'unavailable' (in a different project)... can't move, can't delete.... It's not used in, or used by, anything else.

It's really frustrating, it feels like I'm using beta software, however beta software doesn't usually cost almost $1k for a three year license....

Edit: Third crash to desktop of the night.

Hi @jroddisRT8HL ,

I hope you're doing well. I've pinged our development teams on this. One thing that comes to mind looking at the images. It looks like your adding an additional assembly into the 3D PCB. If you are, this is likely the root cause of your issues.

The 3D PCB on it's own should only contain the 3D PCB. If you add anything else you could break consistency with your 2D PCB.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.

Hi @jroddisRT8HL ,

I spoke to the devs, and one thing they pointed out is that the outline seems to be broken so that is also going to affect the PCB being rendered properly so double check your outline.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.

Hi @jroddisRT8HL ,

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble.

Do you mind to export the entire Fusion Electronics file as F3Z format and then send to us to investiage?

I will send my email address to you in private message. Thank you.

Regards,

Helen

I dont know if you already solved, but it seems like the sketch lost the outline guide maybe when you changed the pcb board outline shape or dimension, to solve you need to check in the 3d window at the timeline you will see a warning on the pcb sketch icon, right clic there, next you clic to review warning, a pop up window will appear, you only have to select the new outline at the left of your window, double clic and its done!.
