Module naming help

I am currently doing a schematic with modules but have completely forgotten how to renumber parts using the offset. I.E. R101 instead of POWERSUPPLY1:R1 I vaguely recall it being done with a ULP but I can't remember what it was and I can't seem to find any documentation of this specific problem.

Could someone please point me in the right direction or at the very least, to an example of it being done somewhere.

Hi @robert.martinUKYP4 ,

please check the properties for the module instances in your schematic. There is a parameter named "Offset".

Hi Richard,

Whilst I can see the offset dropdown, whatever I select is not persistent after I deselct the module. Whenever I go back to select, the offset is always 0

Did you ever get this to work as I am seeing the same behaviour (offset always resets to 0)

Actually - I did get it to work. Looks like this is a bug in the inspector where it doesn't write the value even though you can change it.

You have to right click the module instance itself, select properties, and change it in the dialog box, and click OK (or apply) for it to actually take effect.
