Hello. I've just had a board fail in manufacturing because Fusion 360 Electronics didn't spot two vias which overlapped a pad at a different potential. I attach a screenshot. The highlighted vias are on the 3.3V net and are overlapping with a large thermal pad on a device, which is also connected to the 0V net via several other vias. Why didn't the DRC highlight these? I've re-run the DRC to be sure and it definitely doesn't comment on them.

Hi r.cowburn,
From looking at the snapshot you have posted I am not able to figure out what the issue might be and why the DRC doesn't flag these violating vias. May I ask if you can send me your design stripped of any IP that still shows this issue and I will have a look. What Fusion build are you using? My email address is: constantin.popescu@autodesk.com
Kind Regards,
Thanks for getting back to me. False alarm - it seems that we had accidentally 'approved' the DRC violation. Once it's disapproved, it shows up as overlapping.
