Hi @malisows ,

The red dots are a feature on the tRestrict layer which is an avoid for the routing tools, that's why you can't route to the pads they are basically in a no route zone. I don't know if this is defined in the component or if it's something you drew on the board.  If you drew it on the board then select the rectangle on the tRestrict layer and delete it. If you defined it in the library then you have to go into the library and delete it there.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.

I have a similar problem. The difference is that the footprint has an empty tRestrict layer. The smds seems to be pads enclosed in polygons. If you look at the attached screenshot you can see that pin 1 and the test points look normal but the rest of the pads has a diagonal stripe pattern. This correlates to function. The normal pads I can route to but not to or from the striped ones (green half circle). I can't find anything in the footprint that explains the difference between the pads.

Update: If I move the whole pad/polygon in the top layer i still can't route to or from it (see screenshot) but if I move the pad out of the polygon the routing works fine (see screenshot)
