Is it possible to link both schematic and board to a design?

I've got existing schematic and board files and would like to be able to link them both to a new design. When I create a new design I'm given the chance to link to one or the other but not both. Surely there must be some way to link both.

@grillo321 , there are two commands to link to an existing schematic and pcb respectively:

That is what I've used to link either the schematic or PCB but once I've used the command is there a way to return to it to link the other document? It seems that this command is only available for a single use per design.

Right, you can only add one schematic and one board document into an electronics design.

The key word there is and. In my experience you can only add one schematic or one board. As soon as one or the other is linked, no further linking is possible. This would seem to defeat the whole purpose of the design, so I'm sure I'm missing something.

I finally figured out what I was missing. When initially linking either schematic or board it was opening a new tab with the schematic or board. That tab has no common menu to link the other document. But by going back to the (in my case untitled) design tab I am able to link the other document to the design and everything seems to work as it should.
