How to import step file into library for electronic component

Hi,

I am seasoned with Fusion360 mechanical, new to electronics side. 

I am using an Ultralibrarian to try to import a powersupply to a board I am designing, an IRM-20-24 by Meanwell

It does not show a 3d model in the previewer window, so I tried to import the step file, with an "Insert into current design" type of order, yet that is not available.  How do I do this?

I think would help me but for the life of me I cannot pause or slow down this video.  It just keeps playing over and over and becomes difficult to follow!!!
